Apartment house Perkic is located on the island of Rab, in the tourist resort of Mali Palit. The house has two apartments for a maximum of 8 people, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The house is located near the attractive and touristic town of Rab, in a quiet and accessible place outside the city center, but still close to the sea. Apartment Marjeta is located on the ground floor and covers an area of 110 m2 and has its own private entrance and a covered veranda. It is suitable for disabled people. It consists of three bedrooms - each room has its own bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen and dining room. All rooms and the kitchen have access to the terrace. Pets are allowed with an additional fee, which is paid directly to the owner upon arrival. The fenced garden is full of greenery and Mediterranean plants and has an orchard and bio garden. Next to the house are children's swings, an outdoor shower, deckchairs and umbrellas. The rental price includes the use of internet, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, parking, washing machine and satellite TV.Das Apartmenthaus Perkic befindet sich auf der Insel Rab im Touristenort Mali Palit. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe der attraktiven und touristischen Stadt Rab, in ruhiger und gut erreichbarer Lage außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber dennoch nah am Meer. Das Apartment Tina befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Einfamilienhauses und erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 120 m2. Es verfügt über einen separaten Eingang über eine Treppe. Es besteht aus einem klimatisierten Wohnzimmer, das auch als Esszimmer dient, einer ausgestatteten Küche, drei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, zwei Balkone mit Sofas stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Der umzäunte Garten ist voller Grün und mediterraner Pflanzen und verfügt über einen Obstgarten und einen Biogarten. Neben dem Haus gibt es Schaukeln für Kinder, eine Außendusche, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme. Haustiere sind erlaubt und der Aufpreis liegt direkt beim Eigentümer. Im Mietpreis sind die Nutzung von Internet, Strom, Wasser, Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, Parkplatz, Waschmaschine und Satellitenfernsehen enthalten.
