Hotel je postaven u historického centra městečka Forio a skládá se ze dvou třípatrových budov oddělených zeleným parkem se zahradou a olivovým hájem. Klientům je v hlavní budově k dispozici recepce s Wi-Fi, bar, restaurace, salonek s TV, venkovní nefiltrovaný termální bazén s hydromasáží, vnitřní termální bazén, solární terasa a parkoviště. Hotel disponuje prostornou zahradou s anglickým trávníkem a olivovým hájem vhodnou i pro skupinové cvičení. Od největšího thermálního parku Posseidonovy zahrady s pláží Citara je vzdálen 1km.
