Novější hotel se nachází v centru Kitenu v blízkosti veškeré občanské vybavenosti. Od jižní pláže je hotel pouhých 200 m (cca 5 minut) a 700 m od pláže Atliman (jedna z nejkrásnějších pláží pobřeží Černého moře).
